Our classic full cassette motorized awnings are available in standard wall widths ranging from 2.0m to 6.0m, with outward projection reaches from 1.5m up to 3.0m. As shown in the size matrix, available projection depth is engineered in proportion to the overall frame width to ensure optimal arm folding clearance and fabric tension. Custom dimensions within these specifications are available upon request to fit your exact patio layout, window spans, or commercial facade requirements.

Built with premium 6063 architectural-grade aluminum alloy and genuine French-imported Dickson acrylic fabric, this full cassette awning delivers exceptional structural stability, long-term UV resistance, and all-weather resilience. Every component is precision-engineered to provide smooth, quiet motorized operation while withstanding demanding outdoor conditions.
The internal mechanism features an 85mm heavy-duty roller tube with a 1.8mm wall thickness to eliminate fabric sagging, paired with robust cast aluminum side brackets that anchor firmly into exterior walls. High-tensile 304 stainless steel arm chains significantly enhance wind load resistance and arm longevity compared to traditional steel wire systems.
When retracted, the enclosed cassette housing shields the fabric, folding arms, and mechanical parts completely from dust, rain, and debris. Seamlessly integrated ambient LED lighting along the cassette frame brings warm illumination to evening outdoor living, making this system the ideal architectural solution for high-end residential patios, luxury villas, and commercial outdoor venues.
